We love your support! At Fhone Cases, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us at info@fhonecase.com

 

CHANGE OF MIND

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if you change your mind for any reason we accept returns within 60 days from the date your order was delivered (excluding sale items).

All items must be returned in original packaging and in an unused condition and received by us before a refund or replacement is issued. Delivery charges are not- refundable unless the item purchased is faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend using registered mail or tracking services when you return the item, as we cannot be held liable for any items lost within the post.

If you would like to return your item, please contact us first at info@fhonecase.com with your order number and contact information before sending it back to us for a possible refund or exchange. Items must be returned in an unused condition.

Once these items have been received, we will inspect the goods and process your refund or exchange as soon as possible. You will receive an email to notify that your return has been processed and refunded. All refunds will be returned back to you via the same payment method that you used for your original purchase.


Any purchases that are sale items are final and not available to be returned, exchanged or refunded.


IMPORTANT INFO

If you have placed an order in one of our promotions where you have received an item for free and you need to return an item for a refund, we are unfortunately not able to refund the full priced value of the item in full. These promotions include; Buy 3 items for the price of 2 and Buy 1 get 1 for free.
We would be able to give you a partial refund for the item as you received a free item with your purchase. Please contact us at info@fhonecase.com and we can advise you further.
 
 

FAULTY ITEMS

We inspect all our items before they are shipped to ensure they are of top standard. If you do receive a faulty item we would be more than happy to either replace or refund the item. Please contact us as soon as you receive your order with the following details; your order number, contact name, a photo of the item and information regarding the faulty item so we can get this resolved as quickly as possible for you.
